It is so easy t be falsely accused of something of this nature. I remember the horrible Tonya Craft case too. I knew from the beginning that case was all wrong. I think a lot of times angry parents, especially in custody and divorce disputes, team up with some psychology or friend they have in the courts and to bring about false accusations. These people who do this should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They abuse the courts and hurt true victims of child rapes and molestation for selfish and self-serving reasons. They should be given the time in prison the person they wrongly accused of committing the crime. These people need to be held accountable for abusing the courts in such a way. I don't care if they are judges, psychologists, law enforcement or the vindictive parent of a child. They should be prosecuted for making false allegations. They certainly shouldn't be considered above the very laws they are suppose to respect and uphold..

"Best interest of the alleged victim as expressed by his mother" says it all. What this says is that the stigma of a mere accusation of a sex offense guarantees full custodial rights for the opposition. All the man needed to do was give in to the demands of the mother and the prosecution would make the threat of persecution go away. This is wrong on every level.
