Money is being raised this weekend for low income families who cannot afford a trip to the dentist.

Here's the deal.

A Chattanooga dentist is offering $50 extractions.

That money is not only tax deductible, but it will go toward the Dental Angel Fund Foundation.

That group provides reduced dental care for families that need it.

Dr. Elenora Woods, with Family Dentistry in Chattanooga, says, "We know that people loose their lives everyday due to a common problem such as a tooth infection. Twelve years ago a little boy by the name of Demonte Driver died from a dental infection that spread to his brain, so I started this Dental Angel Foundation as a way to help families afford the dental care that they deserve."

Now, until this wednesday you also come in and get free dental exams and ex-rays.
