CHATTANOOGA, TN, (WDEF)-A pickup truck and thousands of dollars worth of power tools gone.

Woodmaster Cabinets' Management were too upset and occupied with taking an inventory to even give us an interview.

Neighboring business owner Gary Ball says this is what they deal with on a regular basis.

"No i've had trucks stolen here, trailers stolen, break-ins, tv stolen off the wall, its just you wait your turn each time"

Ball says all they can is stick together as Dodds Avenue businesses.

"We can stay after it and after it, we have asked for more police protection, or commitment to this area but it goes down town"

Management says that most likely their high powered cabinet making tools will never be recovered.

"Pawn stores across Georgia and Tennessee say they receive tools like this and can sell them for as low as 20 dollars per unit"

Pawn store manager and specialist, Pawn and Jewelry Solutions, Bill Rutherford,"Places that people can try to sell tools they have gotten by any means possible, burglary lot, theft, they look for easy access to dispose of them"

Pawn and Jewelry Solutions manager Bill Rutherford says the market for power tools has slowed down  as more and more people turn to online stores and Craigslist to get a bargain.

Chattanooga Police were unavailable for comment today but are investigating the incident.
