MG92,you are entitled to feel the way you do and I understand why you feel the way you do.Many yrs ago I was abused by my ex(similar situation being reported) and if not for me living across the street from a police dept and delivering death threats daily from recorded conversations I may not have survived the heck on earth I experienced, I had 3 young boys to protect at the time too and them finding me dead was my and my families greatest fear. I lived in hiding for many months and he even found me! It has taken me many years of me seeking God on how to forgive such things as this and this ex of mine still roams the streets and carries on like nothing ever happened, but I have forgiven and forgiveness is a daily thing.Believe me when I say that Sonny has infuriated God with his actions and he will be before the throne one day to acct for his actions and who knows what God will do with him--cast him out like the angel we now call satan or will he receive him as the child he created. Sonny has a choice too just like he did with the action he took the day he killed that pretty lady. I think there are two sides to this story and it is not pretty and sadly it will all play out for our eyes and ears to hear. Let me encourage you to pray for him and his family too everyday and ask for God to help you understand why you feel the way you do. HE LOVES YOU!! HE also loves Sonny too..the same. I know for me when I started on my journey for peace in my life I could not wrap my head around earthly vs.heavenly but with regular bible studies for women spoke volumes to me and I began to see and feel what I wish I had felt so many years prior. I am glad that you have shared your thoughts and feelings here..it helps all of us to understand what is happening and what we can all do to help one another through tragedies such as this. I hope I have addressed you in a gentle way and with kindness cause that is my goal here. Take care..

All the people posting about being forgiving would you be forgiving if this were your daughter or sister or mother?

Sonny is sick not an animal as someone referred to.He has a soul just like anyone else and he belongs to God just as Jessica does now.We all need to pray for Sonny now more than ever that God has not lost one more of his children to this wicked earth.I would like to believe that Jessica(grandpa too) is with the angels and God and forgiveness has taken place already. This will take time here on earth for all of you who have condemned this man to hell to forgive. God does not like it when we pass judgement on those who sin--cause in Gods eyes murder is not just killing with a gun--it is our tongue too! I am not on anyone's side I am on Gods side and have mercy for this entire family at this very difficult moment. I think we all need to allow Sonny some place(in jail) to really think about what all he committed on that fateful day. I trust in Gods power to heal and reveal the good from this.

I guess I am just witch but I am so sorry they found Sonny Neal alive. How much money is this going to cost we the tax payers. I am also thinking how terrible he is dehydrated and has cuts and scraps. It would serve him right if that flesh eating bacteria got a hold of him. Good Grief his poor victims were in much worse shape and then to think this poor excuse for a human left his precious baby girl there to find her murdered great grandfather and mother. That man is not a father at all, he is a monster. And people saying judge not least you be judged, I believe that same book says you shall not murder. And also says an eye for an eye. That being said I am praying for both families because this is a tragedy that none of them ask for. I pray God will comfort them during this terrible time. But as for Sonny Neal, I pray God will carry out justice on him that is just as painful as what he did to his victims.
