I think the media should investigate all the facts before making such allegations. The police who were called assumed there was a party - when in fact, Mr. O'Malley was asleep upstairs, the children had invited friends over to hang out in the garage - one of the parent's of a child there actually provided the alcohol - not Mr. O'Malley. The alcohol the police are accusing him of having was in the home and had been in the home since last Christmas. Yes - he is certainly quilty of not properly supervising his children in this incident but he is not guilty of providing any such alcohol as stated in the media.
