Chattanooga Police Department responded to a fatal shooting at the eleven hundred block of North Hawthorne Street Monday afternoon.
29 year old, Steve D. Mosley was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators believe the suspect targeted the victim. They say the shooting was not random and they're not sure if Mosley lived at the residence.
The male suspect remains on the loose. Witnesses last saw him running away from the scene. Officer Nathan Hartwig, Chattanooga Police Department said, "We have officers and investigators working the incident right now, processing the scene, talking to witnesses, and still trying to locate the suspect."
