The East Ridge Soccer Association can continue to use equipment and the Camp Jordan fields.
That is until another court hearing next week.
Judge Jacqueline Bolton held a hearing Tuesday on a temporary restraining order lodged by Attorney Chris Clem for 20 year old Soccer league.
He asked Judge Bolten to order the release of 100-thousand dollars in equipment that Clem says the league owns outright.
You may remember that last week, East Ridge locked-up the equipment and ordered the Soccer league out of the park.
CHRIS CLEM, ATTORNEY FOR SOCCER ASSOCIATION "I'm hoping that the East Ridge Attorneys who are asking for this mediation, to try to talk some sense into the East Ridge city council ...Which has directed their city manager to seize these assets ...Even though they have absolutely no documentation."
East Ridge maintains the equipment was bought for the city program.
The two sides have agreed to a mediation session on Thursday.
They hope to resolve the issue before the next court hearing that's set for February 29th.
