Kidnapping Investigation Underway in Chattanooga

A 24-year-old man recovers tonight after he says he was kidnapped and brutally assaulted. He spoke to News 12, and showed us his cuts and burns. Chattanooga Police believe it was a drug related incident. Four people now sit behind bars. WDEF News 12's Alisha Searl has the latest in our top local story.
