A week after world-famous "Arnold" competition, bench press specialist Brent Pickett says he's still a little sore.

"I'm hurting!"

And it's no wonder.

He's now the reigning "multi-ply XPC" champion ... After benching just shy of 620 pounds.

"To be honest with you it was one of the highlights of my life. It was on my bucket list."

It was also a highlight for the owner of Train Station, Matt Davis, to have the gym's first first-place finisher, as well as other top 10 placings, and a growing number of competitors.

Davis says "You don't know who you're going to be up against. It's always fun to see what the rest of the world has to offer, and their best."

Brittany Shaw:

"A hidden jewel here in Lakesite Soddy Daisy, Davis says he'd put these athletes up against just about anyone in the world."

Davis says "It's the best the rest of the world has to offer, not only placing well but even being there."

Davis, pictured here on the right, to also made the top 10 in the Super Heavy weight division.

Kellen Oldham returned to the stage, again making top ten and moving up three places.

"It is the best feeling in the world cause there were 2 guys from Italy, 1 guy from Russia, 1 guy from Spain all ahead of me, and I'm from Soddy Daisy Tennessee so it's really neat to have Chattanooga representing in the World's most prestigious Amateur event."
