The overwhelming opinion from local voters on the day after the first Presidential Debate falls in line with the rest of the nation.
Most people we spoke with agree with a CBS poll of uncommitted voters.
They join most analysts in pointing to Romney as the winner.

Manny Rico, Chattanooga City Council, "I was really surprised."
Surprised at Romney's solid performance... a common reaction from people we spoke with.
Douglas Tipton, "He was on point. He tackled the issues, facing the issues that were in front of him head-on. He came in aggressive he came in ready, ready to debate and he did very well. He was very impressive."
Not so impressive and equally surprising for people in our unofficial survey...how President Obama delivered in the debate.
Rico, "He just didn't seem like...He really didn't want to be there. Maybe it's because he wanted to be with his wife on their anniversary, but I was really surprised that Romney more or less took it to him and the President wasn't like his usual self."
With polls showing a close race, most people already made up their minds...and tell us the debate didn't change it.
Ann Andrews, "I don't think so. I think I've go my vote set in."
Patty Streip, "It certainly didn't change my opinion about who I'm gong to vote for, however Jim Lehrer had no control. A friend of mine said that he looked like the substitute teacher who said, 'You stuck me with this class.'"
Two more presidential debates remain...to help the few still undecided voters make a decision.
