A McMinn County woman is charged with TennCare fraud.
Authorities reported today that 27 year old Nicole Jack from Athens used TennCare to pay for allergy medication that she planned to sell for making meth.
She was arrested after a joint investigation with the 10th Judicial Drug Task Force.
TennCare fraud is a felony that carries up to 2 years in prison.
