(WDEF)  The minor earthquake's epicenter was located 12 miles south-southeast of Cleveland or 17 miles north-northeast of Dalton.
      It measured a 3.1 magnitude which means it's considered minor, can be felt by people, but very rarely causes damage.
      The earthquake itself was centered about 5.2 miles under the earth's surface.
