Chattanooga police are looking for a teenager Sunday night who they say shot another teenager in the shoulder.

They are looking for Kenneth Trammell, 19.

Police say Saturday night he shot a 14-year-old, just a block away from the annual Southside Reunion.

That reunion was around the 2600 block of Market Street.

John Albert, a neighbor, adds, "

A second suspect in this shooting is a juvenile, and he is already in custody at the Hamilton County Detention Center.

It's sad how we as Blacks can't come together and unite. We're trying to do something fun. We're already in a small city, its just sad how we can't come together that's all."
