Commissioners Rutledge and Corum may have campaigned and been elected with nothing but the highest ambitions and intent. But, after two years of history now since their elections it would seem that for what ever reason the community is in dire straights. I would only suggest to them that when you've done everything that you think is appropriate and still the community is seeing issues that now exist. It would then seem now is the time to step down and step back if the best interests of Niota are to be served.
