Chattanooga Police are investigating an early morning shooting.
It happened in the 600 block of North Orchard Knob Avenue.
Officers say Stephen Strickland, 25, was walking on the sidewalk when he was hit by a bullet.
Police believe he was targeted.
No other information on this crime has been released.
