Of the Five businesses that seized the opportunity to move rent free to the 800 block of Chestnut St only one is moving on.
     However Iron labs is not moving because their business failed, in fact it is the exact opposite.

Aaron, "The goal of our space was to prove that people actually want to come somewhere and play video games in a social atmosphere and play competitively and get together and enjoy being gamers, and that was so successful that we actually kind of outgrew the space."

Carrie Pendergass owner of Sewn to the Sky was delighted with the opportunity to start her own business and feels she knows why things have gone well for all involved.

Carrie,"We had a lot of tourists come by and  the tourists are excited to find interesting local shops and especially downtown where there really aren't many".

New Kinds on the block, EB cosmetics are delighted to have  just opened beside the successful retail units and  feel it is a great place to showcase local business.

Chief Stylist,"I love this area because I really like the vibe on the street, I felt it had a really good feel to it, I loved all the people, I love the traffic going by and the people, It just had a really good energy and feel to it".

Iron Gaming have moved to Cherokee Blvd and are expanding across the state proving that local business can thrive when given the chance.
