That is how i feel.i feel like she is labled as the trouble maker.like i said before yes she can run her mouth n yes thinks shes big n bad sometimes but the other student isnt inocent either.i want to move n give her a fresh start but cant at this time.any teenager likes to gossip n that is no different than running there mouth.i tell my kids ur a better person to walk away but that dont always happen.

i dont think your a bad mother just as my mother never was but every one put the blame on mine as well so i wouldnt let your self get to down about it but if this 2 girls had a conflict between one another to begin with then the school should have keep them apart its crazy that the fight even went on for so long that people video taped it and it does not matter who throw the first punch if both of them engaged in a argument before hand wither online are at school then they are both at fault if 1 wrote the other 1 on facebook then they should have never replied back if 1 walked up to the other 1 at school the other 1 should have walked away and if it didn't stop then 1 of them should have went to a adult about it if you say something back and argue instead of doing this then in my opinion you are just as guilty but if your daughter has ever been in and kinda trouble no matter what people are gonna blame her the best advise i can give is maybe she needs a fresh start at a different school i went to central and mcminn high school and i always got in trouble every corner i turned witch the kids i went to school with i grew up with and any time something happen they where pointing their figures my way bc i had gotten in to trouble before' this people had already condone me esp their parents as being a trouble maker plus i had been in and out of foster homes and group homes but my senior yr i was in a foster home and started walker valley and i did not know anyone their and i never got into trouble the whole yr so that maybe what she needs also but if another occasion are argument gets started between her are anyone else after this it would be in her best interest to walk away bc if she has already been labeled a trouble maker wither she is are not she will get the worse end of the deal i learned that the hard way i am not trying to tell you what to do are anything as a parent but i have been in the same situation as your daughter has.

She got suspended over not giving her cell phone up in middle school.but i have a case worker threw the state over a issue with her sister that is not school problem n it is personal.even detective came in on it to solve the case n i get drug tested every month threw pain management dr. So i know i dont do drugs.

Thank u Laura26 all i was told was my daughter had been in a fight n she was suspended n that i needed to take her to get checked out cause she might need stitches behind her ear n yes she did.this fight happened a week or two before this one n both same gurls got suspended for an almost fight then about a week after both gurls went back to school this fight happened so i believe it was both gurls but mine is getting the whole blame.i cant work because of medical problems that the doctors wont release me to work.i couldnt do the cosession stand because of having injections in my back every week n been at standing for a long period of time could have paralized me n i am on pain meds strong ones n didnt want to risk it but i did offer to pay money but like u said that has nothing to do with this issue.it is like the blame is all my child well it was both kids but mine is the only one getting put down n titling me as a bad parent.

and one more thing on this subject if this child has been doing this sense middle school and i was worried about my child becoming a victim of hers i think i would be addressing a higher authority to do something about this child other then her mother their has been a lot of people from red bank comment on this complaining to the child's mother telling her that if she does not do something the child will wind up in prison when in all reality it seems the mother is not the only one at fault when the community is failing to do something about it their selves.

i do not know any one from red bank but i have read all of this comments and i am trying to figure out why is every one bashing this sammie girls mother as being a child once myself that was once a trouble maker and was put into state custody several times i can honestly say i dont believe her mother is up holding her in what she has done all her mother can do is tell her what is right from wrong then hope she does the right thing she cant hold her hand 24 7 to make sure she does not do no wrong no mother not even mine wanted to just come out and say hey my child is bad throw her in custody a mother wants to try to help her child every way she can her self before she lets someone else take over and like i stated before about being in custody myself if this child was as bad as everyone let on like then i am a firm believer the state would have stepped in and took over and would have not gave the mother a choice and did any one stop to think for 1 sec that maybe the mother called it bullying bc she only heard the story from her child of what really happen besides just hearing from the school that she got into a fight i know myself when something happen my mother had to hear the story from me on what happen she never got the chance to talk to the other person to hear their point of view besides the teachers and principal so most of the time she had to take my word for it but in some of this comments people are making statements about her mother not working the concision stand are volunteering to help at school their is a lot of parents who dont do things like that and what does that half to do with her child getting into a fight our several fights in that fact it sounds a lot to me like the mother never feet in with the community and now they are bashing her.
