A Chattanooga police SWAT team was called to a home on Igou Gap this morning to look for a man who may have been tried to shoot someone.
No one is reported injured.
The incident began around 10 a.m. at 7911 Igou Gap Road near Jenkins.
Witnesses say police removed an elderly woman from the house, and are searching for a suspect who reportedly lives there.
Officers also looked at a barn in the rear of the property..but so far no one has been located.
Igou Gap road was closed to traffic for several hours.
