Secret Santa strikes again.. twice...pushing the Salvation Army halfway to its $400,000 red kettle goal.
Someone dropped 48 100 dollar bills into a Salvation Army kettle.
This is the third significant donation this season.
Someone put 10, 100 dollar bills in the kettle at Cooke's Food store in Cleveland.
And last week someone left 37 100 dollar bills in the kettle at Kmart in Fort Oglethorpe.
The Salvation Army's thankful for the generous donations.
But there's still a huge need.
More than 650 Angels remain on the trees at area malls.
Kimberly George, Salvation Army, "Most of the 651 Angels are children. We were looking at some of the numbers and the majority of them are children, so we're really counting on Chattanooga, get out adopt these angels these last five days. We cannot do it without you."
You have until Sunday to adopt an Angel from trees at Hamilton Place, Northgate and Bradley Square Malls.
