The debate is raging in the northeast over the practice of Hydraulic fracturing because there are some major projects on the boards there. But it doesn't really affect us. Or does it. A group opposing the practice has formed in Chattanooga because they say a fracking plan could already be in the works here. WDEF News 12's Brittany Shaw has our story.
