One of the suspects in the rape of a woman near Finley Stadium appeared in court this morning.
Devontavious Bryant is charged with aggravated rape, aggravated robbery and aggravated assault
Police Chief Bobby Dodd says a concerned citizen helped identify Bryant and a 16 year old boy.
The chief says the two followed the 30 year old jogger on their bikes back on October 12th.
They allegedly attacked her and raped her.
Bryant is due back in court in December.
