Chattanooga Police arrest a woman who they believe is responsible for a fatal hit and run.

Her name is Betty Jean Mundy. Police believe she was driving this SUV late Friday afternoon when she slammed into 56-year-old David Bruce on a moped. The collision killed him almost instantly. Officers say Mundy never stopped, until she hit yet another vehicle. Carolyn Gass, Mundy's neighbor, says she gets upset when she hears words hit and run. Gass said, "It makes me really angry because I just think that's about the worst thing a person could do." Now, there's speculation Mundy was driving impaired. Our cameras were there as pill bottles were taken out of her SUV. WDEF went to Mundy's home on Sunday, but no one came to the door. Other neighbors tell us the couple kept to themselves, but there was one warning sign. They say a couple of months ago they saw Mundy swerving all over the road. And the Gass' say she did get into another wreck not too long ago. Mundy already bonded out of jail.
