ROSSVILLE, GA, (WDEF)-Watts was shot multiple times at this duplex off Fisher Drive in Rossville just after 11.30 last night.
Walker County Police say 20 year old Rossville man Marcus Sutton could have witnessed the incident.
Sheriff Steve Wilson,"We are looking for him, we consider him armed and dangerous, he just got out of prison in August for a felony charges, aggravated assault, using a gun for crime"
Sutton's whereabouts are currently unknown, police last traced him to an apartment a quarter of a mile from the crime scene at 8 am this morning.
Sheriff Steve Wilson,"He has four outstanding felony warrants that are against him right now for an incident that happened a month ago right here in Rossville, where he is alleged to have shot up an apartment complex with the same type of calibre gun that was used last night"
Close Friends of Sutton say they haven't heard from him since 15 minutes before the death of Watts.
Brianna Stephens, Friend of Sutton, "I'm worried I just want to know if he's okay, this whole situation it just don't make sense , it don't seem real to me"
Madison Langston, Friend of Sutton, "I'm just scared that Marcus ain't okay, I don't picture Marcus killing him, I don't, they were best friends"
Neighbors say this is a quiet neighborhood and the first thing they heard was the pounding of police officers on their doors and they did not hear any gun shots.
Mike Richards, Concerned Fisher Dr Resident, ,"Well it was a shock because this is so quiet, you never hear nothing and these neighbors seem so nice, then somebody got murdered"
Friends of both Watts and Sutton told News 12 there may have been two other men in the duplex at the time of the shooting and everyone seemed happy playing video games when they left their company before 11pm.
