Congressional candidate, Weston Wamp, is being criticized after using video footage of the Chattanooga National Cemetery in one of his ads.
According to the Associated Press, Wamp showed an image of a gravestone, and without permission, federal regulations prohibit that.
The AP says the US Department of Veterans Affairs sent him a cease and desist letter.
Wamp apologized this weekend.
