On Thursday, February 07, 2013 at 5:50 AM, the Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a house fire at 1802 Wilcox Blvd. Apt A.
Once the fire was extinguished, fire fighters located a human body on the floor. The body has been identified as Lucius Moss with a date of birth of 02-21-1976. The Chattanooga Police Dept. Major Crimes Unit is investigating the case because of possible criminal activity.
