CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee(WDEF) - A woman's reported attempt to get at her husbands ex-wife has landed her in jail facing a serious charge.

Zoya Zakwan, 42, of Murfreesboro has been indicted by a Hamilton County grand jury on a charge of attempted first degree murder and aggravated assault.

According to the arrest report, the incident occurred back in August of 2012.

Zakwan reportedly entered the Capitol Mart Bank in downtown Chattanooga looking for her husband's ex-wife. According to the report, Zakwan was armed with a loaded pistol in her hand.

She reportedly went to a bank employee and asked to see a woman who has been identified as her husband's ex-wife.

At one point, Zakwan reportedly pointed the gun at the employee and tried to fire but the gun didn't go off so Zakwan reportedly left the bank.

She was quickly captured by Chattanooga police outside the bank.

Police also found her car parked in a nearby garage.
