Sweet Potato Casserole

Cook 5-6 medium size sweet potatoes (enough to get 3 cups of mashed sweet potatoes) and mash them.

Add 1 stick of margarine melted, 1/3 cup of milk, 2 eggs beaten. 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup sugar.

Combine ingredients and place in 2 qt. casserole dish.

Topping: 2 cups Rice Krispies, 1 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup Chopped Pecans, 1 stick margarine melted.

Mix well and spread on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
