TVA Investigates Heath Shuler's Involvement in Lakefront Property Deal

     Did a North Carolina congressman use his influence to get TVA lakefront property?
     Auditors are looking into a development deal involving Representative and former UT Quarterback Health Shuler.
     He was an investor in a residential development deal with the agency.
     The Inspector General found "NO" evidence that Shuler put any pressure on the agency.
     But he did find that a TVA employee lied about Shuler's involvement in the deal.
     The audit is part of a larger investigation into whether wealthy and powerful people have influenced TVA's land swaps along river shoreline.
