Former Hixson Basketball Coach Bill Eller continues his grievance with Hamilton County Schools.
Eller was suspended without pay and relieved of coaching duties after several Hixson High students said he used racially and sexually offense language.
The Hamilton County School board voted earlier this month to change Eller's suspension... to paid administrative leave.
Eller has filed a second grievance against Superintendent Dr. Jim Scales claiming the investigation into the accusations violated the school district's contract with its teachers.
The grievance claims he should not be reprimanded at all.
Eller's pastor, Rev. Randy Bell of Lupton Drive Baptist Church says, "He has never seen these letters, never confronted his accusers, and this is just not in our opinion correct."
The Hamilton County Education Association is seeking arbitration to have Eller returned to his coaching duties and his position at Hixson High.
