Now the legacies of these longtime basketball minds will forever be intact.
Today Brainerd Highschool dedicated the home of the panthers as "High-Jackson Gymnasium."
The two say they are deeply honored that all the future panther teams will make their home on the "High-Jackson" court.
"When they first told me they were going to dedicate the gym in our honor, I told them, "You're unbelievable man.' It's just wonderful," says Boy's Head Coach High. "It's a great feeling to know that enough people care to do this. I'm extremely happy for it," says Girls's Coach Jackson.
