Should Hillary Clinton Drop Out of the Race?
Nader '08
I know Nader will not win....But the options from both major parties are dismal at best and in good conscience I cannot vote for either of the 3 main contenders. Clinton will kill my job or make it an unbearable low paying burden (healthcare, plus I just don't trust her), Obama and his wife are racist (you CANNOT follow a church for 20yrs and not agree with its views, racial religious practices aside. And even though the right NOT to say the pledge should be honored, a man wanting to run my country better pledge his allegiance) and McCain is Republican and I'll be even poorer (with the last Democratic pres I remember I had $$ in my pocket, I don't care what Bill was "pulling" in his). So in '08 I will be voting Nader (a $$ man who can get a grip on the economy)....McCain will win, but not because I voted for him. So yes Hillary should be able to run for as long as she can, it's her right.
president
I just don't understand how our country could think of putting a muslum in the white house.Oboma will not be sworn in on the bible,he wants the koran and he won't pledge alegance to the flag! What have we become?
I Love America,I'm greatfull

RE: Christian Values and Democrats
To the person who state that Democrats "kill the unborn childen." First of all, abortion was legalized under the presidency of a Republican. Pro-life is a bigger Christian issue than just aborting fetuses - it calls to awareness the dignity and respect for ALL life - from womb to tomb. War, poverty, homelessness, the uninsured, the hungry, in the US PLUS the dying of innocent lives in war does NOT reflect Christian values! I am not a Democrat nor Republican - but rather an Independent. As FREE Americans, it is up to us to follow and live out our Christian values, for NO ONE CANDIDATE fully demonstrates full allegiance to living out Christian values. We vote NOT for the one person who is against abortion, but for the one person who has high respect and dignity to ALL Americans and to ALL human life! (Abortion is murder, as is war and capital punishment!)
You Want Christian Values

I don't understand how any
I don't understand how any woman can back that she-devil
Clinton or that sorry excuse of a man. She can't keep her lies straight now and he can't salute our flag.
Christian Values and Voting
To the person who writes about "Christian Values". Christianity is not cafeteria style... it's ALL or NOTHING. Life is life - womb to tomb! Respect and dignity for ALL life is what Christian values embrace.
Remember: it was during the reign of a republican president that abortion became legal!!!! Pro-life is not the killing of innocents - icluding those dying innocently at war! Some one recently pointed out about the millions of abortions that took place during Clinton's presidency... well millions have been aborted since both of the Bush presidencies, too. (I don't mean to preach, but you can't single out Republican being better Christians than Democrats. That is NOT the issue. Whether you vote Republican or Democrat or Independent, it's still everyone's individual responsibility to follow one's own Christian values! That's the beauty and responsibility of our FREEDOM!) I'm Independent, and I'm Christian. Honestly, each candidate needs to reflect on what their Christian values they reflect to the country.
Obama is a joke when it
Obama is a joke when it comes to time served in government. The movie clueless was reserved for dumb blond jokes although this would be his title should he win office. Clinton rode shotgun to Bill for 8 years and healthcare never became this magical "Universal Healing Studios". There is no clear winner either way within the Democratic party, they both lack in either time served or promise delivered.
A Woman President
How any man can vote for Hillary Clinton is beyond my comprehension. We don't need any major decisions made by some woman. Our country needs a real leader and that takes a man. Plain and simple. Don't need the emotional problems of a women getting in the way of our Countries progress.
A WOMAN PRESIDENT
COUNTRY'S PROGRESS? TWO WORDS...ONE NAME...GEORGE BUSH! SPARE US PAL!
spell
You need to spell you canidates name right to vote for her there is only 1 L in her first name.
A Woman President
Apparently you have not been keeping up with the last few presidents or most presidents have you. They have all been men and our country is going to heck in a nut shell. Our economy is terrible, illegal immigration is eating us alive, welfare is handed out like candy, and so much more that I can't name them all. This has all been under the watchful eye of male presidents. Before you make uneducated statements because you think "all" women are barefoot, pregnant, emotional, menstrual and so on look at the job all these men have done. Not a shining, glowing, or winning arguement on your part. People like you make me laugh and add so much humor to my day....thank you for the humor and the good laugh!
RESPONSE TO A WOMAN PRESIDENT
I am still amazed at how many idiots are still out there that insist on segregating the American population with race and gender... It's the year 2008. It will happen eventually, why not now?
Response to author of "Woman for President"
If you learned to spell, someone (not me) might be willing to address your other educational issues.
The election
I think the whole election/primary/campaigns has left us without a decent choice for president, period. There is no good choice no matter how you look at it. I am not a republican, but no matter who wins the democratic party no one will vote either of them in. I think Hillary is part of the Bush/Clinton thing and that people don't like her for it. She is a woman and people are unsure of that still, they don't want a woman in the presidents seat. They feel it isn't good. They know who she is and what she is about her life is an open book for bad or good. I think many people are still opposed to a black man being in office, but Obama has banked on having minorities support him along with those he can minipulate with surface talk. They don't care if he is a liar, if he hides things, if he dislikes America, if he seemingly has little real substance, it's about getting him into office no matter what he's like, but because he's black. Don't get me wrong I am not opposed to a black president, but electing a black just to have one is silly. I can think of many black men who would make great presidents, but Obama is far from being that man. McCain has many questionable things in his life too, but people will vote him in by default, I believe. I agree with whoever said can we check "no one".
Stay peaceful
The views of the reason we are at war is off. One comment said that it was all Bush's fault. He declare that we go to war but he had to so we could keep the terroist out of our country. It would be awful if all the fighting was going on over here. Bush is human he may make some mistakes but weall do. I think that we should say could we do any better ourselves before we bash the only one who is trying to do his best. As for the Christan aspect. Christans are not to judge that is for God to do when we reach heavns door. Please quit taking God's job upon yourself. Lets quit all the bickeing between Americans.
right on
Whoever you are you hit it right on the money. We should elect you to run the country.
Reply to Stay Peaceful
The fact is the terrorist that assaulted the United States are in the Afghanistan and Pakistani mountains and they continue to regroup and grow stronger while we waste time, resources, and lives in Iraq. President Bush and his cronies lead us into an unjust war while turning their backs on the real danger Osama Bin Laden. Instead of defending the United States from its enemies he turned aggressor and assaulted a sovereign nations; a rough nation with an obvious tyrant as a leader, but one that had nothing to do with the fall of the Twin Towers. I can not pretend to understand his motives; bravado, ignorance, revenge, or maybe bad advice. At any rate his motives withstanding, he is human and we all fall short of the glory of God. Gods grace is extended to us all and President Bush should be forgiven for his mistakes and for those sins he will answer to God. That said he is still responsible for his actions as a leader here on earth. He failed miserably, economically, socially, and as Commander-n-Chief. Anyone with the sense to recognize this is not unpatriotic nor are they uncooperative. We all should work together to solve our nations problems. I hope that whether Senator Obama or Senator Clinton win the election they will reach across party lines and peaceful peruse resolution to our nations problems. It is too bad President Bush did not follow your advice and "Stay Peaceful", he could have used the United Nation to resolve our concerns in Iraq and focus his attention on Bin Laden in Afghanistan. Maybe we would not be in the mess we are now.
get a grip
You need to go the church and read the bible because you got the wrong message between the pew and the ride home.

You, like most Democrat Party members are a true dipstick.
If obama is the only choce
If obama is the only choce we have against Mcclain I feel we need to write mone of the above. Neither of them will be worth a darn as I see it..The Country needs to cancel them out ant start all over with a new election.. That is how some of the Americans feel.
Hillary Clinton win to the White House
I do not understand why anyone would vote for Obama he doesn't even act like an American refuses to say the pledge of Alligance or put his heart then his dumb wife said after Obama won some states she said this was the first time she was proud to be an American. From were I sit they are not American!!! Hillary stay campaining I hope you win and send Obama back to Kenya.
I want Hillary Clinton to win..
I am with you on this one because I think that Mrs Clinton should be our next President , why, because she is smart and she knows how to run the white house and knows our country very well.Obama should go back to where he came from cause he is not an american and he never will be one either. SO< PLEASE VOTE VOTE FOR HILLARY
obama's father
its strange obama talks about his mother and grandparents and his wifes parents but never says anything about his father
guess he feels his father is like the pastor wright
something he would rather not discuss
Call It A Day Hill, & Maybe Get Your $$$ Back
Hillary absolutely cannot win mathmatically at this stage. She needs to start being more concillatory towrds Obama and make a gradual but graceful exit. Peole all over are sick of the carping, and the more she continues to attack Obama, more will flip her off as being devisive to the party. I gave her huge credit, she fought very hard, but the writing is now on the wall. Obama has shown he can survive controversy, and I'm sure he has grown & learned a great deal in the process. And the last thing I would want to see is a Obama/Hillary ticket, even though the media is salivating on that prospect. The Obama camp doesn't want her as VP, but if he does get the nom, he will probably be pressured into considering her as his running mate as the most potent strategy to beat tired ass joke McCain. Even Repubs have openly stated they don't like McCain. I find that very revealing...
If we elect McCain, it will
If we elect McCain, it will just be more of the same. He has shown recently that he seeks to emulate the Bush policies step for step. I’m not sure if the republicans have realized the implications, what with their heads buried in the sand and all, but let me spell it out for you. The dollar is weak, the economy is terrible, and America is hated throughout the rest of the world. All of these things are directly related to our evil leader. Bush has become the most unpopular president in history (it was just a matter of time) and had done nothing but exploit his ties to the oil companies to make himself and his cronies rich off of the record high oil profits we have seen since this stupid war began. We cannot afford to elect another person who will so willingly shred the constitution to meet his or her own personal and, more specifically, financial needs. I guess I might take republicans a little more seriously if the so-called moral values party were even the slightest bit concerned with poverty and the environment. If you are truly Christian then you believe what Jesus said about loving thy neighbor. That doesn’t just mean your neighbor in the gaited community or on Lookout Mountain. It means everyone. If you truly had respect for your god and all of his creations, then you wouldn’t stand for the neglect displayed towards the poor, the homeless, the indigents. You wouldn’t continue to pump toxins into the air, abusing and ruining that which your loving god created. Republicans are the party of the self-interested and we need change!
You want Christan values
You want Christan values then look how all the Democrats kill the unborn childen and don't even give them a chance to be an American. Bush has kept the war away from our country, and I would like to see you try to do any better.
A fetus is not a potential
A fetus is not a potential person, so it does not have the same rights as a person. It is a potential person. Everyone is a potential murderer. Should we execute everyone just because they have the potential to become a murdered? Potential does not equate to reality. Now, for your ridiculous comments about the war. Bush started the war. Documents show that the administration was looking for an excuse to go to war with Iraq before 9/11 even happened. There wouldn’t be a war to keep “away from our country” if it weren’t for that evil war-mongering criminal. And actually, no, I think Christianity is a vile plague on society, so I don’t want their values in office. I just think it is funny how much the republicans pander to the christians but then act completely opposite to the values they espouse!
Fetus is a Person
Jesus told Jeremiah in Jeremiah Chapter 1:3 "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I santified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations" LIFE BEGINS AT CONCEPTION Psalms Chapter 139:
not all of us are so negative
I have never read anything so negative in my whole life. Just because you don't believe in God doesn't mean that it is wrong if others do. Bush did not start 9/11. He did not tell those people to fly in to the twin towers. There only one of reason that abortion should take place and that if the delivery is going to kill the mother and the baby. Abording a child is wrong. Being a murder and having the potential are two totally different things. You are a murder if you kill like in abortion. You should have to face the consequences if you commint the action. I think if you l=kill someone you should be killed your-self if is not to save your own life.
RE: fetus is not a potential
As for your comments on a fetus is not a potential person, you would not feel that way if your mother had thought about aborting you. Or how would you feel if your mother told you that she had thought about aborting you? Would you still feel that a fetus has no rights or is not a person. They have no voice, but someone needs to speak up for them. As for the war, yes, we are in a major mess, and a lot of it is Bush's fault for not stepping up and being the leader that this country needs. But what this country is lacking is a GOOD CHRISTIAN LEADER with VALUES and MORALS. Obama doesn't even pledge to the flag. How has this country gotten to this point? Because they have turned their back on GOD!!! We are only still here because of His mercy and saving grace. Yes, this country is in bad shape, and I am a Christian and PROUD of it. I am not worthy of HIS love and forgiveness, but HE sent HIS son to die on the cross for our sins. I don't know if you have ever read Revelations or not, but the world is coming to an end very soon. It talks about "evil is good and good is evil". Well, take a look around. We are at war, not just in another country, but here as well. We have all kinds of immorality, drugs, violence, kids bringing guns to school, you name it, it is here. What this country was founded on, GOD, our government is trying to take away because it "offends" people. Well, what about the people that it offends by taking HIM out? What this country needs is prayer. Prayer for our leaders, our people, our troops, our nation, and people that think that GOD is not coming back. HE will be back, and you will be judged. As for our president, whoever gets voted, they say what they say to get votes. Whether it is going to be Clinton, Obama, or McCain, this country is only going to get worse. Out of all of our leaders in government, these three was the best we could get???
Keep a going
The longer they fight, the more split they become. The more chance McCain can win. Obama does not need to be the next pres.

I'm disappointed
I am disappointed that anyone would decide who is going to be president based on abortion alone. Legal or not, people who want an abortion will still find a way to have one. I think that we should focus on major policies that the government can or work on changing. I find it hard to believe that someone would vote against someone based only on their stance against abortion, but overlook the fact that they are willing to keep us in a war for over 100 years....that is a lot of lives to give away.....
