A five-year-old boy pulls a trigger and kills his younger sister.
Now, their father is behind bars.
As Russ McQuaid reports from Indianapolis, it apparently wasn't the first time the boy got his hands on a gun.

NOT TO MENTION THE 40 CALIBER GLOCK THAT FIVE YEAR OLD BOY RETRIEVED TO SHOOT HIS LITTLE SISTER IN THE FACE.
The boy was in a dispute with his sister, climbed up on a bookshelf, retrieved a gun and went upstairs and fired the gun at point blank range at four year old Mykala, killing her.
There's no way there was one in the chamber, I completely unloaded that gun and the slide was locked back, I've always been really safe with my guns, always.
EXCEPT WHEN THE BOY DID THIS ONE TIME BEFORE.
Apparently eight months earlier he retrieved a gun in the same way and fired a round into a kitchen cabinet.
Maybe, I wasn't the safest person. Maybe I should've done something different but I would never harm my children or put them in harm's way.
I just want my family to be okay.
IT MAY BE TOO LATE FOR THAT.
Police arrested James Booher at his daughter's funeral the other day because they consider him a flight risk.
Prosecutors haven't determined what charges he will face.
