We have some loose ends to report on the double shooting in Catoosa county over the weekend.
First.. Phu Thien Tran has signed his extradition papers in Pennsylvania.
He turned himself in to police in the Lancaster area Tuesday.
Deputies will return him to Catoosa county next week.
Investigators have also recovered the car used in the shooting.
It was abandoned in Murfreesboro at an apartment complex near the interstate.
