[0]Thomas Minton of Evensville has been arrested for criminal homicide.
Police say early Thursday morning, the two men got into an altercation that ended with McCuiston dead.
"There was a drunken brawl. My brother lost his life because of some street punk. So hopefully we get justice by the law or by the street," says Allen Ray Smith.
[0]The news of McCuiston's death disturbs neighbors in his apartment complex off of Memorial Street.
According to family, he was a frail and sickly man. He was drinking heavily they say, when he was struck.
"I ran down there and he said the S.O.B. is dead. When I walked into the house there was blood everywhere," says Smith
"He had a heart condition," adds Brock Dunaway, a family friend. "He only weighed a hundred pounds. He couldn't hurt a fly if he tried too. And to be murdered like that..."
[0]Investigators say McCuiston had an extremely poor health history. He was only 46, yet he had a pace maker and had recently made an extended stay in a hospital.
Chief Chris Sneed is waiting for an autopsy to determine if it was a blow to the head, or something else, that killed McCuiston.
