The center provides primary health care services, case management services and an intensive outpatient substance abuse program. Located on East 11th street, people from Chattanooga, Hamilton County and those traveling through have all benefited from the center. Last year, it served 4,000 people amounting to a little over 18,000 visits. The center plans to expand in the future. They'll use space next door when the Interfaith Network moves across the street.
