We have new information on former Chattanooga council member Duke Franklin. Prosecutors released information from their interview with him after his arrest in a money-laundering scheme. They claim that Franklin told investigators that he got free cocaine for two years while he was on the council. He says he picked up the drugs from Michael Kelley at the airport. Kelley faces charges for running the alleged drug operation. Prosecutors charged Franklin with helping him to launder money from his deals. His trial is scheduled in October.
