The FBI has located Miles and Breanna Woodside in Monterrey, Mexico.
Earlier on Tuesday, Chattanooga Police found the car Woodside was driving when he failed to return his daughter to police in Frankfort, Kentucky after a scheduled visit.
It was located in the parking lot of a Lookout Valley motel.
Police determined that Woodside left the car there and then called a cab to take them to the Greyhound bus station.
