Cleveland is getting a new 16-million-dollar luxury apartment complex.
"Retreat at Spring Creek" will be built on APD 40 and 25th Street across from the Spring Creek Development.
It also will tie in with the greenway.
Officials say it will be perfect for Lee University students and new industry employees coming to town.
It will be a gated community with 199 units.
Rent will start at $750.
TDK construction will start on the complex in January, and it should open by next spring.
