A Catoosa County man is killed in an early morning crash Sunday. It happened on Highway 41 just north of Ringgold. It appears 21-year-old Joshua Dobbins lost control of his car..hit an embankment..then a power pole before his car overturned and caught fire. Investigators aren't sure if Dobbins was wearing a seatbelt or if alcohol played a role in the accident. They do believe excessive speed was a factor.
