Boulder, CO ( - Colorado guard Spencer Dinwiddie will forego his final season of eligibility and declare for the NBA Draft.

Dinwiddie announced his intentions at a press conference on Thursday.

In three years in Boulder, Dinwiddie averaged 13.0 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists per contest. He is projected to hear his name in the second round of June's draft.
