Recap: Georgia Tech vs. Wake Forest

Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - Jason Morris poured in a career-high 22 points off the bench, and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets claimed a 69-62 win over Wake Forest in the ACC regular-season finale at Philips Arena.

Mfon Udofia added 15 points and Daniel Miller scored 11 to help the Yellow Jackets (11-19, 4-12 ACC) head into the ACC Tournament on a positive note.

The Demon Deacons (13-17, 4-12) mounted a big second-half rally against fourth-ranked Duke earlier this week, but they faded down the stretch in this contest.

Eight of the Yellow Jackets' 11 first-half field goals came from beyond the arc, as they shot a sizzling 47.1 percent from the perimeter and built a 32-28 halftime lead.

Wake Forest opened the second half with a 11-2 spurt, but Georgia Tech was able to recover and eventually took the lead for good on Morris' three-pointer with 9:13 to play in regulation. That trey was part of a 15-3 run that saw the Yellow Jackets take control.

Georgia Tech made a season-high 11 three-pointers (.423) in the victory.
