Recap: Maryland vs. IUPUI

College Park, MD (Sports Network) - Seth Allen had 13 points and the surging Maryland Terrapins handled the IUPUI Jaguars, 81-63, on Tuesday.

Logan Aronhalt added 10 points for the Terrapins (12-1), who have won 12 in a row. Alex Len and Dez Wells each tallied nine points.

Sean Esposito ended with 16 points for the Jaguars (6-12), who have dropped two straight. Lyonell Gaines and Donovan Gibbs had 14 and 13 points, respectively.

IUPUI jumped out to a 14-3 lead, but Maryland responded with a 20-5 run to go in front. Wells' three-point play gave the Terrapins a 23-19 edge with 7:14 to go in the first half.

The Terrapins remained in control and Wells' layup with one second remaining made it a 41-34 game at the break.

Holding a 48-41 lead with 16:23 to play, Maryland went on a 17-5 run to pull away. Charles Mitchell's three-point play made it a 65-46 contest.
