Recap: Siena vs. Northern Ky

San Diego, CA (Sports Network) - Evan Hymes poured in 22 points for Siena as the Saints bested the Northern Kentucky Norse 56-52 as part of the NUCDF Challenge at Jenny Craig Pavilion.

O.D. Anosike had a double-double of 11 points and 12 rebounds as well for Siena (2-2) while Rakeem Brooking added 13 points.

Eshaunte Jones had 18 points for Northern Kentucky (0-3) and Ethan Faulkner added 10 points and was a rebound short of a double-double.

It was the Norse that led 26-24 at halftime after shooting just 30.8 percent from the floor in the first half.

In the second half Siena heated up to 58.8 percent shooting and Northern Kentucky could not keep pace (40.7 FG percentage) as the Saints secured the win.

Northern Kentucky will play Cal State Northridge in its final game of the NUCDF Challenge while Siena will face host San Diego.
