Recap: Northern Ky vs. CS-Northridge

San Diego, CA (Sports Network) - Stephan Hicks and Josh Greene each scored 14 points as Cal State-Northridge remained undefeated with a 69-58 win over the Northern Kentucky norse as part of the NUCDF Challenge at the Jenny Craig Pavilion.

Allan Guei had 13 points as well for Cal State-Northridge (6-0) which has yet to lose this season. Hicks had a double-double with 10 rebounds to go with his 14 points.

Eshaunte Jones netted 24 points to pace Northern Kentucky (0-4) while Jalen Billups finished with 10 points as well.

Northern Kentucky hung around in the first half by connecting on 11-of-29 field goal attempts. Cal State-Northridge hit only 10-of-25 shots overall but had a 12-0 edge from 3-point range to earn a 26-24 lead at the break.

The Matadors pulled away in the second half by shooting 52.4 percent from the floor.

Cal State Northridge outscored the Norse 22-4 on points from the free throw line.
