Recap: Missouri vs. Arkansas

Columbia, MO (Sports Network) - Laurence Bowers hung up a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds as the Missouri Tigers rolled over the Arkansas Razorbacks, 93-63, in a SEC matchup at Mizzou Arena.

Jabari Brown poured in 23 points, Earnest Ross chipped in 11 off the bench and Alex Oriakhi tallied 10 points and eight rebounds for Missouri (22-8, 11-6 SEC) which finished with a perfect 17-0 record at home this season. The Tigers have just a road bout against Tennessee left on the schedule.

B.J. Young poured in 27 points as the only player in double figures for Arkansas (18-12, 9-7) which has lost three of its last four.

At halftime Missouri led 48-22 after shooting 58.3 percent from the floor while hitting 5-of-9 from 3-point range and 15-of-19 from the free-throw line. Arkansas made good on just 31.3 percent from the floor while connecting on just 1-of-15 from beyond the arc.

Both teams shot better than 55 percent from the floor in the second half but the Razorbacks got not closer than 18 points over the final 20 minutes.

Missouri buried Arkansas inside with a 44-19 edge in rebounds and a 43-24 advantage on points in the paint.
