Recap: Oklahoma vs. Texas A&M

Oklahoma City, OK (Sports Network) - Romero Osby scored a game-high 19 points to go along with seven rebounds, as the Oklahoma Sooners notched a 64-54 win over the Texas A&M Aggies in a matchup between former conference rivals at the All-College Classic from Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Cameron Clark added 17 points off the bench to help get the Sooners (7-2) back into the win column after falling to Arkansas last Tuesday. Fellow reserve Buddy Hield chipped in with 12 points, and Steven Pledger scored 10.

Elston Turner scored 17 points and Ray Turner had 12 for the Aggies (7-2), who saw their four-game winning streak come to a halt.

Texas A&M grabbed a six-point lead on a jumper by Elston Turner at the 11:34 mark of the first half. However, Hield answered by scoring 10 of OU's next 12 points, as the Sooners took a 28-27 halftime lead.

With the score tied at 41, OU went on a 15-3 run to go up by 12, and the Aggies could not draw any closer than eight points the rest of the way.

OU forced 19 turnovers for the game and held a key 20-9 edge in points off turnovers. The Sooners also took care of business at the foul line, converting 18-of-19 attempts.
