Texas held TCU to just 33.3 percent shooting from the field. The Horned Frogs missed all five of their 3-point tries in the half.

After the break, the Longhorns stayed hot from the field, knocking down 55 percent of their shots, including 2-of-5 from 3-point distance. The Horned Frogs continued to struggle with their shooting, making only 32.1 percent of their field goal tries. Texas scored the first nine points of the half to push their lead to 19 points.
