Recap: TCU vs. West Virginia

Fort Worth, TX (Sports Network) - Terry Henderson notched 17 points off the bench to lead the West Virginia Mountaineers to a 63-50 win over the TCU Horned Frogs in a Big 12 matchup at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.

Eron Harris and Jabarie Hinds netted 14 and 12 points, respectively, as WVU (12-11, 5-5 Big 12) won its third straight contest.

Kyan Anderson led TCU (10-13, 1-9) with 16 points and Connell Crossland added 13 points and nine rebounds.

TCU had all the momentum entering today's action, thanks to an upset win over Kansas earlier in the week, and it showed early on as the Horned Frogs shot 60 percent in the first half and held the Mountaineers to just five rebounds. However, they had trouble with turnovers late in the half and Hinds hit a triple with one second left to give WVU a 31-28 halftime edge.

WVU led for the majority of the second half and pulled away late thanks to five straight points by Aaric Murray. TCU shot just 25 percent from the floor and 2-of-16 from long range in the final 20 minutes.

The Mountaineers improved to 2-0 all-time over TCU as head coach Bob Huggins picked up the 722nd win of his career in his 1,000th game.
