Recap: Arizona State vs. Dartmouth

Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - Carrick Felix registered a double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds to push the Arizona State Sun Devils to a 61-42 rout of the Dartmouth Big Green in a non-conference tilt at Wells Fargo Arena.

Felix also blocked five shots and swiped four steals for Arizona State (9-2), which picked up its sixth win in seven outings. Jahii Carson led all scorers with 18 points and also dealt out six assists.

Gabas Maldunas led Dartmouth (2-7) with 12 points on 6-of-16 shooting from the field. John Golden chipped in 10 points and four assists while Connor Boehm pulled down 10 boards.

The Sun Devils knocked down 50 percent of their field goal attempts in the first half to build a 31-21 advantage heading into the intermission. Dartmouth made only 30.8 percent of its attempts from the floor in the opening half.

The Big Green continued to struggle to convert after the break as they went 8- of-23 from the floor in the second half. Arizona State outscored the visitors, 18-6, in the paint over the final 20 minutes and never trailed at any point during the contest.

The Sun Devils outscored Dartmouth 44-12 in the paint and held a 42-32 advantage in the rebounding battle.

Arizona State is now 7-0 all-time versus Ivy League schools.
