Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - Rashad Richardson drained a half-court shot at the buzzer to give the Georgia State Panthers a thrilling 59-57 victory over the Tennessee State Tigers as part of the Coaches vs. Cancers Classic at GSU Sports Arena.
